Kings Chelsea Estate is a prestigious gated development in West London. To adhere to the Building Safety Bill the panelling across all buildings is being inspected and replaced where necessary. Platinum 3D’s team laser scanned the apartment blocks from the ground and roof levels to provide detailed 2D elevations showing cladding panels and joins. The information was used by the architect to plan a replacement cladding system.
