Platinum 3D Consultants are experts in measuring and modelling the built environment. Using the latest reality capture technology, we create 3D digital models from accurate survey data for a diverse and prestigious range of clients to facilitate their digital twin journey. The team at Platinum 3D bring many years of experience and were one of the first to model existing buildings in Revit using survey data. Our extensive knowledge and commitment to our clients guarantees our focus and attention is given to every aspect of delivering a successful project.

What we do

Platinum 3D Consultants are leaders in Scan to BIM, Laser Scanning and Measured Building Surveying.

Scan to BIM

Our expertise is in modelling existing buildings in a BIM platform – Scan to BIM. We provide geometrically correct ‘BIM ready’ Revit models derived from accurate survey data.

Laser Scanning

Our team have been using laser scanners and working with point cloud data since 2002. We continually invest in the most up to date laser scanning technology and software.

Measured Building Surveying

We undertake all aspects relating to measured building surveys including floor plans, elevations and sections, as well as area referencing (working to RICS and IPMS standards).
